Hmm. Initial alcohol heat gives way to a little corn sweetness but then jalapeño arrives in force. Burns on the way down and keeps burning long after. I like spicy stuff but this is somehow out of whack. I don’t get any of the ‘honey’ that’s supposed to be in here.
