About this bottle
Ish Limed Gin is the follow up expression to The Poshmakers distillery's Ish London Dry Gin. Similar to Ish London Dry, this expression uses an English grain base spirit. Nine botanicals - juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, lime powder, ginger, bay leaves and orris - are then macerated in the spirit for 24 hours. After being distilled five times, the gin is bottled at 40% ABV.
