Islay #3 13 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

Nose is sweet peaty goodness. Cured meats. Lovely Palate continues rhe sweetness but with more smoke. Bonfire and sea air combines with a cured bacon mouth covering taste. The finish is medium with smoke and continued cured meats. Delicious I’d swear lagavulin ??

Batch 4 Lovely! It’s an undisclosed distillery, but it tastes very familiar! Sweet honey and smoke. Lots of peat and a smooth, smooth burn that lingers. This is a lovely dram!
