A balanced, Blended Irish Single Malt Whiskey made from a blend of 7- to 26-Year-Old single malts & matures it on the farm in Cooraclare. It has an aromatic birth with notes of orange marmalade, lime, wood, lemon pie. hints of fresh bergamot & beeswax; while an oily life adds notes of pink peppercorn, lime, ripe white stone fruit & a hint of oak; that leads to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of minerality, notes of apples & dried grapefruit.
