J. Mattingly 1845 Private Barrel Select Bourbon "Finkle is Einhorn"

Nose: vanilla forward. Hints of Carmel and brown sugar with baking spices. Palate: Carmel bomb. Light sweet notes commingle with barrel spices. It’s really sublime. Finish: long and lingers. Little to no burn. Overall: this is another amazing pour from J Mattingly. I have one of their ryes and another bourbon. This one in particular is wheated. It’s grand and in my opinion with its hefty price tag of $129.00
