Sweet and nutty on the nose. I get a little charcoal as well. Get a little bit of apple on the nose after my first sip. The flavor hits, but disappears fast. A little cinnamon heat lingers. But this is not very memorable. I don’t get the sweetness that I smelled, mainly smoke and black pepper. The flavor is just airy and forgettable. But it may serve well as a mixer.
