I bought this on a whim over the holidays to see if it was worth the money. My verdict is a little above average. If you like big bold bourbon or rye spirits in your Old Fashion, this is not your drink. If you are new to cocktails or want something lite and easy, this is your drink. The whisky is 80-proof Canadian with the rest added to it so it is not too strong and very easily sipped and enjoyed but there is not a lot of flavor compared to the Old Fashion's that I make. Overall, it is a nice intro to Old Fashion cocktail and it is not expensive so if you do not like it then very little is lost. Enjoy.
