About this bottle

Hercules Mulligan Eyr & Rye is a limited edition ready-to-drink Irish-American Manhattan cocktail. The product is made from a blend of three American rye whiskeys and an Irish whiskey as well as the addition of cherry bitters and sweet & sour cherry juice. The brand is named for the Irish immigrant tailor turned spy during the American Revolutionary War. The first batch of 2,000 bottles is available exclusively through Flaviar beginning January 23, 2023. (SRP $45)

We enjoyed H.M.’s Rum & Rye, so we were curious to see how their newest release would measure up. Less sweet, and with a definite cherry character, this is spicier, but just as rich. A true RTD in a bottle, we tried this straight out of the bottle as well as served on a large single rock. Both were successes. What we particularly enjoy about this is a freshly crafted Manhattan flavor which is often hard to replicate in a pre-batched bottle or can. Kudos to the team at Hercules Mulligan. You have another surefire winner on your hands.
