Nose: oak, graham cracker, yeasty funk, vanilla ice cream Palate: drinks WAY older than 5 years and WAY higher than 135 proof. Chocolate, more vanilla ice cream, cherry Finish: leather, oak, chocolate. Not much more to it than that, finishes like a bourbon much much older than 5 years 8 on the t8ke scale. This would go toe to toe with any high proof JD bottle. Tastes like a barrel proof version of the 10 year.
