I love the story behind this brand. If you're not familiar with it then you definitely need to visit their website. Mine was "Single barrel bottled especially for Oregon", barrel #42, bottle #165. Light bourbon taste, which I prefer being a scotch drinker. Light, sweet aroma of caramel corn. Finishes with a mellow cinnamon-syrup fade. Reviews based on neat sipping.
