N: Low alcohol, caramel, vanilla, banana bread P: sweet, buttery, slightly peppery, a little oak tannins. F: Nice peppery burn, salty, sweet Solid poor with an interesting story. I doubt that aging at sea makes much difference in the bourbon, but it’s fun.

Drinking neat… Pleasant nose. A little salty on back end with very slight burn on back of tongue. Mild and light drinker. A little sweet, but really light. Not great, but not bad.
Sharp nose. Beautiful initial zing that mellows out and softens as you taste and chew. Lovely smokey, spicy, and caramel notes throughout
Nothing to write home about - mediocre. Taste is a bit thin with no specific notes really oushing forward.
Very smooth, good sweetness, caramel and mint, some cinnamon, medium length finish
Strong sharp beginning, Almost spicy, but soft mellow wheated finish
