Nose: Light herbal notes almost like an herbs of provence. A brown sugar is there as well as a new leather. Like a new leather bound journal. Sip: Man, a balance of oak, herbs, and then a fresh baked bread. Like still warm fresh baked. Finish: Not super long. I tad bit of that herbalness and sweetness still there. Super nice sipper

Comparable to Sazerac; fruit, spice, and vanilla, and soft on the palate. Cannot fault Jefferson for imitating one of the best to do it with their blended rye.
Nice cherries and rye spice. Great neat flavor for the price.
Good nose, tannic. Blend of 5 rye whiskies. $33 at Total.
Adrian called it "juicy"
