The nose is a gentle mix of smoke and charred oak, while floral and touches of leather slowly emerge. It is fairly simple - your regular offering of Beam with a kick of smokey scotch. The palate is smooth and somewhat creamy - most likely the influence of the scotch, with a slight bite of spice at the end. It tastes "good" but is pretty one dimensional as there really isn't anything to explore. The finish is short, with what flavors there are crashing to an end. It's enjoyable as far as 80 proof sippers go for a good price. A very casual whiskey which has its place.

As you may expect, not good at either being a peaty Whisky or a sweet Bourbon. Interesting experiment but I've only enjoyed when mixed with Ginger Ale.
not easy to make out the peaty scotch but a fun little whiskey, camper fire does a better job at this
Tasty and unique experience. Both liquors express themselves well throughout a taste.
