Jim Bridger 10 Year Aged Whiskey

Nose is oak and dried fruit, spice, char, caramel, a firm wave of ethanol. Palate follows nose, fairly smoothly. No strong flavors but fairly pleasant in its subtlety. Finish is medium-short, sweet honeycomb.

Same as the last guys notes but I think it tastes way better than 2.5 stars
