About this bottle
This expression is High Wire Distilling's single varietal Jimmy Red Bourbon, a sweet mash (distilled from fresh grain as opposed to using a leftover portion from a previous batch) of 100% Jimmy Red corn, a rare variety grown on James Island, SC. It is produced according to Bottled In Bond standards and as such, matured a minimum 4 years in new, charred American oak and bottled at 100 proof.
