John Watling's Single Barrel

So hard to figure out. Straight butter rum on the nose, with a subtle hint of dried fruit. Very diverse on the palate. Sweet, a bit salty, plum, with a bit of caramel. Drank smooth for the proof. Not as good as I wanted it to be

Really smooth.. almost bourbon
