A rich, Agave Spirit by Nom 1438 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico aged in ex-American Whiskey Barrels for 9-11 months before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, oak, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a rich & bold life add notes of cooked & candied agave, citrus & vanilla butter; that led to a honied & herbal death of medium length with a touch of oak, pepper & caramel.
