The pitch: MGP juice further aged on toasted and charred Pecan wood. Bottled at 90 proof by Escambia Spirits in Atmore, Al I love their Deetling bourbons (pricey) so I took a chance. Nose: faint, caramel, brown sugar Palate: sweet vanilla, corn dust, Finish: vanilla, alcohol burn An unremarkable bourbon. Equivalent bourbons available for less than half the price of this one. I could not discern any flavors from the pecan finishing.
