Amzazing product from a well known local owner who is renowned for his palate and is sought after for barrel picks from every imaginable distillery and blender. Batch 1 was a bit sharp on the palate, Batch 2 brought lots of caramel and sweeter notes, Batch 3 is an easy sipper at 115.9 proof. No doubt future bottlings are going to get better as they come. If you see these, treat yourself.
