The nose is very pleasing and subtle. Coca Cola, soft sweet honeysuckle flowers and a touch of ginger. It has a real evolution on the palate. It begins with the soft sweet notes of cola and honeysuckle, then the proof leaves a pleasant, cinnamon tingle, then there is an oaky bitter chocolate drying, followed by mouth-watering spicey sweetness with notes of rye, cola, and a lovely Kentucky hug. This is a beautifully crafted blend.
