Kaiyō The Sheri Second Edition

A bit of peat opens up to butterscotch on the nose. Very interesting. Creamy mouthfeel, some smoke on back of the tongue, with slight maple syrup on the finish. Overall a very weird and wonderful dram to change things up.

The Mixunara Oak Finish provides a flavor profile I have never experienced. Fantastic low proof whiskey.
