A creamy, Irish Single Malt Vodka by Patrick Shelley in partnership with West Cork Distillery in Ireland. It is made with barley that is NOT peated, but the Spirit is rested in virgin American oak barrels that have been charred with burning peat before being distilled 4 times in copper pot stills. It has a delicate birth with hints of Single Malt florals, honey & a sea spray; while a creamy life adds hints of brine, char & gingerbread; that leads to a delicate yet smoky death with a hint of clove & sugar. About this bottle
This vodka is made using the brand's flagship Kalak Vodka (made with malted barley) to start. The brand takes peat from West Cork and then chars virgin American oak barrels using a peat fire. The vodka is then aged for four months.

Peat! No weirdness... lovely pure smoke taste.
