Rating: 14/23 The flavor is clean and balanced. There is a lot of licorice. It isn't super strong. It's a little smokey, sort of like really weak Baiju. There is a bit of green apple and a little more alcohol than I'd like. It's a solid sake. It's very sippable and has a decent finish.
