About this bottle
King Car distillery in Yuanshan is about an hour’s drive from Taipei. Taiwan’s sub-tropical climate nourishes exotic fruit essences in the local fruits and in Kavalan whisky too. Add Pedro Ximénez barrels – PX is an ultra-sweet dessert sherry from Spain – and you have a genuine fruit bomb. Note: As this is a single cask expression, there will be slight variations in ABV and flavors. This is reviewed from a bottle at 55.6% ABV.
