Lot 25 commemorates the twenty-fifth anniversary of St. George’s American single malt program, which began in the 1990s and debuted publicly with Lot 1 in 2000. Distilled from malted barley and matured in a range of casks that may include ex-bourbon, French oak, and fortified wine barrels, this limited release reflects the distillery’s long-running approach to layered maturation and house style. Distillery release day is November 8, 2025. Available in limited quantities. (SRP $100)
