Featuring a golden horse stepping over blooming peonies on the label, this limited-edition release commemorates the Lunar New Year, Year of the Horse, beginning February 17, 2026. Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is matured in three different types of sherry casks—oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and Moscatel. The new make spirit is fully matured in each cask before the sherry-matured single malts are transferred to a marrying vat, where they rest and harmonize. This special release will be available in select markets and through Hotaling & Co.’s online Bottle Shop beginning January 2026. (SRP $114.99)
