About this bottle

Released in May 2024, this is the first age statement Irish whiskey release from the brand. It's copper pot distilled and aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It's then finished in Malaga wine casks before bottling at 43% ABV. (SRP $99.99)

I previously had Glenmorangie 12 yr Malaga cask finish single malt scotch few years ago and surprisingly, I personally prefer this bottle more. It’s light, very fruity yet delicate and delivers a great pour every time. I must procure more bottles and hold them for the future. Another excellent whiskey to my permanent bar experience has been found!

I didn't like this one. It smelled good and was pretty smooth, but didn't like the taste.

Basic single malt whisky. Smooth but short finish. Not worth the high price.
