Nice smoked aroma, fairly smooth taste overall, with some peat, vanilla and a nice. Adding a dash of water seems to bring out the sweetness.

About this bottle
With each new release from this barley-to-bottle farm distillery is an older, more mature single malt than before. The 6th Edition of Kilchoman 100% Islay was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2016. Fresh and refill ex-bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace were utilized in its maturation. Non-chill-filtered without added color, it was bottled at 50% ABV.
