Nose: Strawberry, fig, turf, oak, light peat. Palate: Stewed strawberry, walnuts, caramel, malt. Finish: Long, sweet peat. Water opens up the berry notes into more varied fig and raspberry, enhances the oak, layers in some leather, and softens the peat finish, which is still savoury and long.
