Nose: Wine Barrel Oakiness (if you've ever been to a winery think of the smell of their barrels) with some notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Palate: More oak with a subtle leather making itself preset occasionally. More cinnamon and some notes of stew fruit but having a hard time pinning what fruit. With just a touch of caramel sweetness. Finish: Freshly cracked Black Pepper mixed with an evolution of the caramel into more of a burnt sugar taste.

Party Source pick 3/9/20 Heavy malt and chocolate, like a malted chocolate shake, on the nose... chocolate, thick n chewy caramel, custard... spicy, then a more bitter dark chocolate finish
