Perfect session mezcal. Smooth and smokey
About this bottle
One of the great things about mezcal is discovering new species as they enter the marketplace for the first time. These agave are so hard to find that most mezcaleros don't bother making it. Coyote is one of those species. Taking on average 12 years to reach maturity, the agave differs greatly in terms of size but consistently renders some of the most subtle and ethereal mezcals available. Made traditionally, this mezcal was made by Pedro Hernández and is bottled at 94 proof.
