Enjoyed it a lot. Would definitely buy it again. Good as a sipper, not too heavy, but good expressions of flavor.
Apple, oak, cinnamon, apple, cherry. Semi sweet palate; caramel, oak, vanilla, charcoal.
Spicy character with very smoky finish. Feels like a young whiskey but isn’t.
High heat, maple, spice entry and briney lingering taste
Sweet notes are balanced by spice with a nice finish.
