A crisp, certified as both organic & kosher, cordial by Koval Distillery in Chicago, Illinois. It is crafted with the same recipe as the Dry Gin infused with cranberries, before being bottled at 60 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of berries, wildflowers, herbs & spices; while a bold & dry life adds notes of cranberry; that led to a bitter-sweet death of medium length. April 2024
