Nose: Overwhelming young (ginny) nose pre-water drip Rich Sugar cookie Vanilla ice cream Pecans Taste: Caramel Buttery sweetness, like sweet cream, probably from millet Lightly peppery Lovely mouthfeel, like melted ice cream Overall a lot of potential, but would benefit a lot with a full 4 years in the barrel, IMO.
