Man my taste profile has changed. I remember at University going to the bars ordering an Absinthe and having sugar cubes dissolved, melted into the stuff. But then again I loved Smirnoff Ice, Bacardi Breezes and a lot of other horrendous stuff...I can't really judge whether this is good or bad anymore as I'm not particular to the flavor..so I won't rate it but definitely a blast from the past....

Anise, anise, anise, a little wormwood. Do not try it neat. Creamy white when mixed with water and sugar. The flavors are then more muted and drinkable. Some people really dislike La Fee. I find it to be the real deal.

A complex herbal apéritif / cordial distilled with local Grand Wormwood in Pontarlier, France. It has an herbal birth while a complex life led to a long anise death. March 2017
