From the Klein Karoo region in South Africa, this is a pot-distilled eight-year-old brandy from Southern Cape Vineyards, who produces both Ladismith and Barrydale. In the tradition of cognac, the brandy is twice distilled from 100% Colombard grapes, an important grape in Cognac and Armagnac production. The distillate is rested in French oak for at least eight years. Bottled at 38% ABV.
