First bottle opening 🍾 Let sit for about 5 minutes 👀: Clear as crystal, legs are thick and teary on the walls, as expected; 👃: Very vegetal, vanilla and pepper spices; can smell a bit of richness coming up; 👅: For some reason I can taste some saltiness to it, the richness I detected on the nose can be tasted now, spicy pepper also, a little vanilla, and at the end there comes the high proof; 🏁: Lingers quite a bit, although I can taste the alcohol at the end, it doesn't carry over too much. Once the taste disappears though, it's wiped clean. Only thing is I'm not sure what a second dram will do. Only one way to find out 🤞
