Whiskey Lamas Rarus Single Malt Barrel ex-rum 720 ml. Intensely bright amber color, without dye and without cold filtration. Rarus was created to surprise. With a striking and full-bodied aroma, it brings an intense, woody and gently sweet floral that reminds us of nuts and cocoa. Its palate is balanced and powerful, revealing great complexity of flavor. Maturation in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels and finishing in American oak barrels previously used in the maturation of Rum Norma (also manufactured by Lamas Destilaria) provides a velvety and rich sensorial. Rarus (from the Latin, “rare”), an incomparable single malt with extraordinary refinement due to its finishing in an unusual ex-rum barrel, both signed by a single distillery.
