Nose: Raisins, Smoke, Pineapples, Dark Chocolate, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Cherry Cola, Strawberry Jam, Brisket, Iodine, Raspberries, Tar Palate/Finish: Raisins, Dark Chocolate, Strawberries, Luxardo Cherries, Oysters, Smoke, Walnuts, Mackerels, Brown Sugar, Hazlenuts, Tar

Smokey..but a subdued smoke. Not overpowering at all. Smooth. Oily. Long finish. Hickory smoke on the nose. Good stuff!
