The Lee’s are keen on keeping the old-style of gin alive with traditional dry gin and a speakeasy-style bar called Brooklyn’s on Boulder St. That said they have also created a barrel-aged gin. They do not disclose how long the gin is aged on the label. This is a review of batch 1.
