Winter 2020 release is a rich, single barrel of Wheated Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Legends Distillery in Cumming, Georgia. It is made with a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat & 4% barley malt, aged in American white oak for a minimum of 2 years & bottled at 115 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood flowers, herbs & spices; while a rich & spicy life adds notes of wheat toast, sweet corn, honeysuckle, spearmint, maple syrup, oak, vanilla, honey, brown sugar, pecan pie & almond liqueur; that led to a warm & candied death of medium length with notes of butterscotch, toffee & candied almonds. December 2021 / August 2022
