Nose: Caramel, barrel spice, toasted almonds, vanilla, baking spices, and a hint of dark chocolate Palate: Caramel, toasted corn, sweet tobacco, cola, baking spices, oak, and vanilla Finish: Medium length with dried corn, cinnamon, and a little dark chocolate Summary: This Bourbon is a little less sweet and little more earthy then your traditional ones. It really stands out on its own. Great juice from a great Distillery and great people.
