Limestone Branch Single Barrel Bourbon

For a 15 month bourbon, combined with a level 3 char, this has all the grain smell and taste of a moonshine, and just barely unlocks some barrel caramel as air meets the finish. I prefer barrel flavor in my bourbon, but if I had to have a young bourbon on my bar, this is the best so far.

Limestone Branch Experimental Collection Nose starts off with corn, then a mild rye with hints of apple, mild grass butter and oak. Palate is oak, malt with hints of almond. Finish is sweet corn, caramel and marshmellow
