Linkwood 2006 10 Year Hepburn's Choice (Hunter Laing)

Lots of wine on the nose, sharp and a little sour. Flavor is all spice though, cinnamon and proof going wild together. Wine flavor still kind of there, sourness gone. Intense.

Very mild, delicate notes. Dates, oregano, citrus. Sounds weird, but it’s warm and soft like pizza dough.
