Some indeterminant spices and funky fruit notes at first; Cantaloupe? Apricots? Idk. They eventually fade to light honey, caramel and chocolate notes. The palate is smooth on the entry with light honey, caramel and chocolate. These notes continue through the medium finish and it ends a little bitter.
About this bottle
Lismore 15 Year is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside region. The brand is owned by independent bottler William Lundie & Co., but the whisky itself is sourced from an unknown Speyside distillery. It is believed, however, that Glenfarclas is the true source of the whisky. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Fairly sweet on the nose, toffee and cereals. Soft richness on the palate, with bare hints of dried fruit. Short and quick finish; best not to add too much water. Fantastic price though
Smooth, floral notes with raisin. Lots of cream.
Needs to be 46% Thanks Shail
