Hints of dark fruit with some acidity and sharpness. Candied sweetness in the finish. Came in 3rd behind Heaven's door double barrel whisky (2nd) and Sagamore spirit double oak rye (1st) in a blind taste test.
Huge MGP fan & this is a perfect example of 10 year juice. Lower proof makes it very approachable with tremendous mouth feel. A classic bourbon
