N: creme brulee with caramel sauce, lemon peel, evergreen forsest and apple cinnamon streudel. P: drinks like it smells, but better. The proof is in the first sip then fades quickly revealing intense stewed apples with cinnamon. The evergreen, vanilla and rye spice play a balanced supporting role. Ending with that sweet, creamy finish of brown sugar, spice and pine. Wonderful pour!
