Fresh cut hay... some sweetness, not much else. Super young and I hate to say it as I'd love to have an excellent local distillery to recommend to everyone, but this is one of the worst whiskeys I have ever had in the hundreds that i have had...
90 proof. Strong cedar notes on the nose. Unique out of the bottle to most tastings. Add ice and it brings out some dried fruit and citrus. Good surprise offering of the night.
This is an excellent Cocktail Bourbon. The few major notes that are there pair very well with just about anything you throw in it.
Very light the flavoring and spices drop off fairly quickly
