Los Rijos tequila Silver

TLDR: 100% pretty okay. Nothing special, but it tastes decent and doesn't burn. Aroma: Very sweet. Smells strongly of agave with some slight floral notes. Perhaps also a very slight scent of cinnamon? Lightly earthen also. Feel: Very light in the mouth, and incredibly smooth. Feels almost like an oil, but in a good way. Taste: Opens almost flavorless. Follows with a light alcohol flavor and an almost sake-like middle. Tapers off to a flavor of mostly alcohol, but also the agave flavors become apparent at the end.

An elegant, Agave Spirit by NOM 1137. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, citrus, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of cooked agave, green bell pepper & lime; that led to a slightly creamy & spicy death of medium length with notes of black pepper, sea spray & metal. Sweet, round flavor. OK for sipping.
