Macallan 30 year Fine Oak (2000's bottling)

Pre-Distiller tasting. This was a business trip pour years ago on someone else’s expense account, but I’m recording the experience here for my records. Strong citrus and apple orchard nose. Rich taste of vanilla and nuts with a floral musk. Light oily finish that fades slowly. Exquisite.
